06/09/2023 This position performs general maintenance on grounds and makes minor repairs to park facilities, including basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
Job duties include mowing, weed trimming, trash pick-up, and cleaning facilities as needed.
This position also operates a water treatment plant, commercial landscaping equipment, maintains equipment inventories, performs vehicle maintenance tasks, and completes equipment maintenance records.
Applicant must have a valid driver's license, possess or be able to obtain a Class II Water Treatment/Distribution or Class III Wastewater license within a reasonable time frame, be able to traverse rough terrain, be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
, and work a varied schedule, including some weekends and holidays.
A driving record check will be performed.

Qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus two years of vocational technical training in maintenance; plus two years of experience in general maintenance, including one year in a leadership capacity.
